I have to tell you about my week! Every day I got compliments on my clothes from strangers. Last night at a seminar a woman was telling me about a beautiful home with exquisite detail. And she said “I can tell you would appreciate that by the way that you’re dressed." Then today, in the flower nursery, a man approached me and said "I really appreciate the way that you are dressed (wearing a jumpsuit). Women do not dress like women anymore. I see so many women wearing tank tops and leggings, so when someone dresses femininely and in style I take notice.” There was a part of me that was a little offended because I feel like women should be able to dress however they want to dress, but I guess I never realized how much people do pay attention when you are pulled together. Another funny story, I wore my watercolor jacket last night to dinner and when I walked in the hostess said "that is the most adorable jacket I have ever seen.” My husband tried to claim that he got it for me. Don’t worry, I corrected him ;) I love that you inspire me to pay attention to what I love and only buy and wear the items that I love.
