Stop. I do not believe for one second that it's almost July. I am not sure I'm ready for summer. Well, except for the fact that I stumbled upon this timely aperitif and it kinda puts me in the mood for summer. Of course, anything grapefruit and rose and I'm in. 1 cup Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
1 cup iced Hibiscus Tea
2 T lime juice
6 oz Ketel One Botanical Grapefruit & Rose Vodka
Lime wedges to garnish
Truth be told, sometimes I like to add a splash of Deep Eddy's Rudy Red Grapefruit Vodka.
